Join ZURU's People & Culture team as an Early Careers Intern, supporting recruitment and HR initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:  

  • Support recruitment for New Zealand summer internships, from attraction to offers.  
  • Organize and assist with in-person and virtual recruitment events.  
  • Communicate with candidates via email, phone, and video calls, ensuring a top-notch experience.  
  • Promote ZURU’s unique EVP throughout the recruitment process.  
  • Coordinate assessment centers, manage interview schedules, and liaise with candidates and managers.  
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases accurately.

About You

Ideal candidates will possess:  

  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple recruitment events.  
  • Exceptional attention to detail for accurate communication and data management.  
  • Passion for HR and recruitment, ideally studying HR or Management.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with prior experience in customer or candidate-facing roles.  
  • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
