Join Te Puna Aonui as an Advisor in Solutions Design to help eliminate family and sexual violence in New Zealand.

Your role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Translate insights from lived experiences into actionable recommendations.
  • Support the Solutions Design Lead and Chief Advisor, Partnerships.
  • Organize and plan projects, facilitate meetings, and contribute to research.
  • Create accessible and engaging final artefacts.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in human-centered design or be a graduate designer eager to grow.
  • Participation in team-based design activities.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and guide others.
  • Ability to contribute positively to a team environment.
  • Organizational skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and inclusive collaboration.

Compensation & benefits

The salary for this role ranges from $72,634 to $100,846, based on skills and experience. Additional benefits include a supportive work environment guided by values like equity, collaboration, and integrity.
