Management at Holland Beckett

My managers are extremely accessible and approachable. They approach internal communication and feedback in a constructive yet honest and frank way. I feel that I often receive praise for the things I do well, and when there are things I need to work on, my managers are upfront about this and suggest how I can improve, rather than just criticising me. They are also open to our feedback on their leadership style.

I really enjoy working with my supervising partners. There have been some occasions where I receive little feedback, but other than that they're really helpful.
