Culture at Holland Beckett

During work hours everyone is very positive and supportive. I feel that Holland Beckett fosters a good team culture by providing social and team events outside of work hours - eg team sport events. I think that there are opportunities to participate in team and social events for everyone, no matter what their interests and backgrounds are.

The workplace culture has been good in relation to the social aspects and there are some people who are always willing to help. Sometimes there is tension between other staff members.

There are lots to do and people are social. As there are lots of people in the firm - there are lots of different things to get involved with, like social sport. Each team feels like its own "workplace" in the sense that they all operate very differently, and you report to a particular supervising partner, so their work ethic/managing style will set the tone of your work. There are lots of morning teas and random coffee events where you get to interact with other teams around the office.
