Pay is pretty standard and normal, for full time employees the bonuses seem pretty good

Full-time employees have a wide range of benefits available to them, such as a yearly $1000 growth fund to spend on their hobbies & passions. Intern's don't get such perks, however the Intern renumeration is still very generous, especially at such a foundational level of expertise.

As a starting salary, I was happy. In addition to this, there is a $1000 growth fund to which each full-time employee is entitled to. This encourages a work/life balance.
Graduate, Morrinsville - 29 Apr 2022
As an intern, there was no paid sick leave which would have been good. Pay and bonuses for other employees seemed better, with paid sick days and unlimited annual leave.

As a part-time employee, the hourly pay is more than what most engineering students get offered in other part-time roles. As a full-time employee, there are a lot of perks and bonuses, including a $1k 'growth fund' every year that is to be used for growth and development through pursuing hobbies and interests. The starting packages for grads are also on the average to higher end of what's offered in industry.

I believe pay is driven by data, based on the current market pay for each role so pretty fair I would say.

Full-time-employees are definitely valued. As a part-time employee I am also happy with the pay.
