What you will do?

Module 1: Drafting email advice on Australian Security Law (1 - 2 hours)

Draft a high-level analysis of the Australian approach to providing and registering security interests

Module 2: Amending a term sheet (45 minutes - 1.5 hours)

Amend the deal term sheet for a new transaction, incorporating the client's comments as detailed in an email

Module 3: Reviewing a draft waiver letter (30 minutes - 1 hour)

Review and edit a draft waiver letter, and prepare an email response to the Agent
