About Corporate & International Tax
Our Corporate & International Tax team advise on a broad range of corporate tax matters including, thin capitalisation, taxation of financial arrangements, tax consolidations and tax considerations for major merger and acquisitions and transaction/due diligence services.
You’ll develop valuable expert knowledge and a detailed understanding of a variety of businesses and industries, helping your clients to navigate the complex world of corporate & international tax!

Eligibility
You will be in your penultimate year, working towards a degree in either accounting, commerce, or law or similar and be available to work part-time while completing your studies.
I am given a fair amount of responsibility, and plenty of support to learn.
Checking emails, liaising with clients to receive information on their R&D activities, writing/drafting activities according to AusIndustry guidelines/ITAA legislation. Calculating financial incentives and meeting with clients.
Admin tasks including note taking, setting up meeting and powerpoint/word templates, writing and research tasks

The graduate program doesn't rotate us through all the service lines.
Some managers are great and give constructive feedback. Others do not provide you with proper instructions.
Dishwashers are small... toilets are not flushed... desk are most of the time dirty.
Could include more women, however this is the industry.
