Your role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Support clients with on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of Agilent's products
  • Handle complex projects involving LC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS, and Atomic Spectroscopy instruments
  • Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations to enhance product performance
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution
  • Collaborate with a team of engineers across the country, requiring domestic and international travel

About you

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

  • A Master's or University Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biology
  • Strong proactive approach and team spirit
  • Comfort in customer-facing roles, demonstrating technical expertise
  • Practical, hands-on skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed
