Hard work with often long hours but rewarding and you are given a lot of responsibility and training.

I work as a Front-End developer in a Waterfall/Agile team, working daily on integrating the Front-End Web Interface with the Back-End Salesforce Instance.

Varies heavily which is a plus for me. Involves a lot of lateral thinking, focuses on collaboration and requires good resilience.

At the moment, my day-to-day is fantastic. It's lots of interviews and working alongside managers to produce outputs for the client. I'm very much involved and I'm learning a lot, even getting the chance to lead interviews.

They are mainly client and project focused, and range from conducting requirement gathering workshops, formulating project deliverables and managing personal and team workloads.

Current role is working as a Functional Tester for a client in the tolling space. My responsibilities include testing most components on the tolling systems, raise defects in case of deviations, work with the teams for efficient defect remediation and understand new component functionalities before starting off the testing process.

Role rotation did not happen after two years in the same role. getting bored. Nothing much to do in Security

It's hard to comment, as the role is so varied. As I've been here for such a short time, it's hard to say confidently what they will be. Also, because I've been on the bench for so long, I dictate my own day-to-day responsibilities.

Lots of meetings and managing offshore teams

Sort of work(Tech Consulting) is different to what they advertise in recruitment events(Actual Management Consulting work). Would prefer to do more strategy or management consulting type work as advertised in the recruitment events.

Currently I am working on a machine learning application and am working on curating the data.

Meaningful work but can be tedious at times.

Generally, I help write process documents and create process flows on Visio.

Often given a lot of responsibilities from the start (when on a project), working hours are long, and tasks demanding. Challenged to work beyond your level but not punished if this is unreasonable.

My tasks vary depending on deadlines and client requests. I work closely with my manager to produce comms for the business.
